36th Annual World Gay Rodeo Finals

Congratulations on qualifying for the Finals! Here is all the important information you need:

Event Details:

Dates: October 25-27, 2024

Location: Canadian County Expo & Event Center

Horse Requirements:

Coggins Test: Negative within 12 months of arrival.

Health Certificate: Required for out-of-state horses within 30 days of arrival.

Regulations: No tying horses to fences (inside or outside arenas). Horses must be in stalls; limited time in the RV area for saddling and unsaddling.

Stalls and RVs:

Early Check-In: October 24th at 8 AM

Stall Fees: $25 per day. Asphalt floors; bring mats if desired. Shavings are available on-site for $8 per double bag.

Tack Stalls: $25 per day

RV Spots: $40 per night; 30 and 50 amp plugs available. Park parallel in slots. Contact Patrick Terry to reserve.

Check-Out: All horses, tack, and RVs must be out by 8 AM on October 28th.

Payment: Fees can be paid online here or with cash in person before entering stalls.
